Routine podiatry appointment: 30 minutes – Nail care, ingrown nails, corns, callus, fungal infections, etc.
Biomechanical assessment: 60 minutes for adults or 45 minutes for children under 5 – Painful foot/lower limb conditions including bunions, heel pain, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, etc, as well as developmental issues including flat feet, hypermobility, Severs’s disease, toe walking, etc, and sports-related conditions and performance.
Biomechanical review: 30 minutes – Usually a year or more after your initial biomechanical assessment, can be less for children, to reassess your condition and/or new orthotic insoles.
Fitting or an adjustment: 15 minutes – A free appointment to fit or adjust an orthotic insole.
