What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient who may be in urgent need of care. Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a full cancellation fee.

Are your fees covered by private health insurance?

Yes, Rachel Miller is a HCPC-registered provider for most major health insurance companies (not AXA). We strongly recommend contacting your insurer prior to your appointment to confirm your level of cover as policies vary. You pay the fee at the end of every appointment and will be provided with a receipt to give to your insurer. You are responsible for obtaining authorisation and claiming back any fees from your insurer.

Do I need to pay at the time of my appointment and how do I pay?

Payment is required at the end of each consultation/treatment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. If you have health insurance, you are responsible for claiming back any fees from your insurer. We strongly recommend contacting your insurer prior to your appointment to confirm your level of cover for a service as policies vary.
